WINTERSPORTS TRAVEL INSURANCE

Wintersports cover for those who love Skiing, Snowboarding or those more adventurous winter sports such as Heli-skiing, Glacier Walking or Snow-shoeing. CHANNEL ISLANDS INSURANCE

All our policies provide cover for the Channel Islands Travel Insurance at UK rates.

After recent changes in the reciprocal health arrangement between the UK and the Channel Islands, UK citizens are no longer covered by the Health Service in the Channel Islands, and visa versa.

We can confirm that all the insurance policies we sell will provide the normal emergency medical expenses cover at no additional cost – just the normal UK insurance.

In addition, Holsure annual policies are available for ages up to 74 and unlike many policies, cover in the UK does not require pre-booked accommodation if the customer has a ferry or plane booking for travel to the UK.

Our policies also cover missed departure for connecting flights in London (so long as adequate time is left) – and as many of you know this is very important over the foggy channel.

TRAVELING BY ROAD, RAIL or BOAT TRAVEL INSURANCE

TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH LEAVE CANCELLATION COVER

At Holsure we really respect the role of people in the Armed Services serving our country. We understand the need for leave to be cancelled and therefore all of our policies include Leave Cancellation as standard for all pre-booked leave.

Leave cancellation is for anyone in the Armed Forces and their family traveling with them.

Not only that, but we also cover service personnel and their families who live on a British army base abroad when traveling away from home.

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS TRAVEL INSURANCE

At Holsure we understand that many people have often irrelevant health conditions and yet cannot go abroad because they cannot get adequate travel insurance cover. We pride ourselves on offering cover for as many conditions as possible.

As you go through our policy quote engine you will see the medical conditions relating to each type of policy. If you cannot comply with these conditions there will be a telephone number for you to call to get medical screening. You can then either proceed with the quote and purchase the policy, or call us to take out the policy.

The medical Screening service will ask detailed questions about your health and medication, and will then either confirm your cover, request a small additional premium (to be paid separately to your insurance purchase) or in rare cases refuse cover for your particular condition.

Alternatively you can purchase the policy and call the Medical Screening Healthline once you receive the policy. If you do not like the conditions that the healthline impose you can always come back to us for a full no quibble refund within 14 days.
